Hundreds of students at the University of Maryland gather in Cole Field
House for the annual crab feast on Thursday evening. The students express
their Terp Pride by eating what the state of Maryland is best known for: crabs.
Freshman Connor Sembelsberger eats his corn after finishing his four crabs at
Thursday evening's crab feast in Cole Field House. Sembelsberger remains
clean by using a bib and several napkins.
Freshman Monique Hawkes picks up her first crab at Thursday evening's
crab feast in Cole Field House. Hawkes is from Maryland so unlike
many other students, she knows exactly how to eat a crab.
