Freshman Malcolm Lewis gets some work done before his first ever Maryland Images meeting, outside the Visitor's Center. Images is the official tour guide organization at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Over 40 new members are welcomed by veteran Imagers. New and old members mingle and get to know each other before the meeting begins.
When a tornado threatens the university, everyone at the Visitor's Center takes cover in a back hallway. They would find out later that the warnings were, in fact, a false alarm.
