March 7 Photo Assignment

Former Maryland Police Captain and current University of Maryland Law professor Leigh Maddox spoke to students in the Stamp Student Union on Monday night. She spoke on behalf of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition.
Members of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws and Students for Sensible Drug Policy, including NORML president Lauren Mendelsohn, sold bracelets, snacks and other items at the end of Maddox's talk.
Among the available items were tie-dye shirts. These interested Eric Sterling, president of the Criminal Justice Policy Foundation and a member of SSDP's national chapter in Washington, D.C., who said he was buying it for his daughter.
