Donald portraits

Donald Samuels, the current chef at Sigma Delta Tau, has been cooking professionally for over 40 years. Originally from Jamaica, Donald's favorite dish to cook is jerk chicken, which he is preparing here. 
Donald previously worked at the Laurel Marriott, where he catered events for upwards of 1,000 people. But for the past 18 years, he has cooked for only 40.
Donald's smile is contagious and he brings a unique, positive energy to SDT that could never be replaced.

He prepares his Jamaican jerk chicken very precisely, with great attention to detail. 

Even more than he is known for his specialty dishes, Donald takes pride in his hat collection, many of which were given to him as gifts from the girls living in the house, as a notion of appreciation for everything he does.
