March 7th Photo Assignment

Sophomore Philosophy major Elliott Goldman makes a turkey sandwich in his New Leonardtown Apartment.  One of the advantages of living in the complex is the kitchen space that allows students to save money by making their own meals.

Sophomore Kinesiology major Christina Raiti studies in one of Oakland Hall's study rooms.  Oakland Hall, University of Maryland's newest housing facility, offers three study rooms on each floor to accommodate the student's living on each floor.

Despite the sunny day outside, sophomore Jason Saruya (left) and junior Adam Brandinger (right) watch Around the Horn on ESPN inside the Sigma Nu chapter house.  The house, which has 32 residents, was opened in 1952 and is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year.
