Sigma Phi Epsilon Car Smash

At Sigma Phi Epsilon's philanthropy "Big10 Car Smash," students gather at Frat Row around the "R.I.P. Buckeyes" car. Students relieved stress and smashed the car with a hammer as they got pumped up for the first Big Ten football game on October 4th.

Junior Gaby Arrazola prepares to take a hit at the "R.I.P. Buckeyes" car on Frat Row. Gaby said afterwards that the hammer was very heavy and that smashing the car looked a lot easier than it was.

Junior Gaby Arrazola signs her waiver form before taking a hammer to the "R.I.P. Buckeyes" car at Sigma Phi Epsilon's philanthropy event. The proceeds from the event supports the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
